RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Zest Kitchenware accepts returns within 7 days of purchase for a full refund with the original receipt and items in unused, original condition. Returns made between 8–30 days are eligible for in-store credit or exchange only. Debit/Interac purchases may not be eligible for a refund and will be offered store credit or exchange only, at the discretion of Zest Kitchenware. A valid receipt or verifiable proof of purchase is required for all returns—no refunds or credits can be issued without it. All Sale items including Final Sale, Clearance, Seasonal, Opened, or Food-related products, are not eligible for return. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging. Returns on gifts with a gift receipt are eligible for store credit or exchange. Store credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
